Please note that custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as these items are built specifically for your order.

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Outright returns on shipped orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging for another product, we may be able to assist with some of the costs depending on the item. All custom and made-to-order products are final sale.
